Our mission is preservation. A conservation easement permanently protects a vast majority of the pristine land within The Preserve at Little Pine. The conservation area is managed by the Southeast Regional Land Conservancy, Inc and assures this land will never be disturbed or developed.

The Preserve at Little Pine lets you build a home surrounded by acres of pristine mountain wilderness. You're guaranteed this land will never be developed because it's held in an eternal land trust. Without the expense of owning the common trust land, you and a few neighbors have complete use of it for hiking, horseback riding and enjoying the great outdoors.
