For the Preserve Communities, sustainable development means living in harmony with nature.

With conservation in mind, we are thoughtfully working within The Preserve at Little Pine to reduce the amount of developed land; recycle waste; reuse materials such as harvested timbers from the land for amenities and signage; and carefully craft roads to ensure minimum impact to trees and soil.

A "Sustainable Development Center" at Little Pine is also currently being designed. Once completed, the Center will offer property owners a place to recycle their paper, glass and metal products; pick up locally harvested firewood or mulch; and learn more about sustainable development practices through workshops.
