Little Pine will soon be home to the Preserving Wildlife Environmental Education Center that will provide outreach for the Little Pine community as well as the greater Madison county community. Once complete, the center will be home to a variety of environmental programs, including eco-camps.

Plans are also underway to provide protection to several non-releasable education hawks that will serve as natural ambassadors during classroom presentations.
