One of our newest offerings at The Preserve at Little Pine is the Grassland Condos. Situated on top of Grassland Bald, these mountain condos offer the same sixty mile views as the Grassland Meadows home sites. The condos are built into the ground floor of the Mountain Lodge and offer both access into the lodge or outside the structure. Pictures and floor plans will be available online soon.
