Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains in Madison County, The Preserve at Little Pine enjoys pleasant weather year round. Mild spring days are a wonderful time to take a mountain hike to discover newly opened wildflowers.
In the summer, the temperatures are perfect for swimming and tubing in the nearby French Broad River, with the hottest day rarely exceeding 80 degrees. The cool temperatures of fall, ranging in the 60s and 70s, usher in spectacular leaf displays of glowing reds and brilliant yellows.
Average winter highs are in the 40s and 50s, with less than 16 inches of snow a year.
