Each detail of The Preserve at Little Pine has been meticulously planned to ensure environmental conservation. This private gated community has an average of one mountain home for every 15 acres, preserving almost 80 percent of the 1,800-acre community as pristine mountain property.
The land surrounding The Preserve at Little Pine is managed by the Southeast Regional Land Conservancy and is sheltered by protective covenants. You're guaranteed this land will never be developed because it is held in an eternal land trust. Without the expense of owning the common trust land, you and a few neighbors have complete use of it for hiking, horseback riding and enjoying the great outdoors.
Our conservation efforts will also protect the precious ecology of the area, considered to be one of the most diverse ecosystems in the country. A number of rare and endangered plants and animals inhabit the hardwood forest, creating a setting that's truly unlike any other in the world.
